• Account Information: When you register an account, we collect your email address and account password (which is securely hashed on our servers).
• App Data: Any user-generated content or completions created within the app are stored securely on our database.

We use the information we collect strictly for administrative and security purposes, including:

• Creating and managing your user account.
• Sending automatic account verification emails upon signup.
• Sending security alerts and notifications to your email address whenever a new sign-in is detected.
• Maintaining the performance and security of our backend infrastructure.

Data Storage and Third-Party Services

Your privacy and data security are highly important to us. We handle your data using the following infrastructure:

• Self-Hosted Infrastructure: Your account data and app content are securely stored on our private database instance (powered by PocketBase). Network traffic to our database is routed securely through encrypted tunnels via Cloudflare.
• Email Delivery: We utilize Brevo, a third-party transactional email delivery service, to securely transmit verification links and account sign-in alerts to your inbox. Brevo does not use your email address for any marketing purposes.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third-party advertisers or external data brokers.

Security of Your Information

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data, including end-to-end encryption for data in transit and cryptographic password hashing. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

You retain full control over your data. At any time, you can:

• Request access to the data stored about your account.
• Request the complete erasure of your account and all associated application data.
